I, hereby grant, authorize and license to RingoFire the rights to display, publicly perform, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, reproduce, record, photograph, digitize, modify, alter, edit, adapt, create derivative works, exploit, sell, rent, license, otherwise use, and permit others to use my name, image, likeness, appearance, voice, and other personal characteristics {"Characteristics"), and all materials created by RingoFire or on behalf of RingoFire's client(s) that incorporate any of the foregoing ("Materials") in perpetuity throughout the universe in any medium or format whatsoever now existing or hereafter created.

I waive the right to inspect or approve any Materials.

I agree that I have been compensated for this use of my likeness or have otherwise agreed to this release without being compensated. l waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photographs or video footage.

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of RingoFire and will not be returned. Ringofire shall be the exclusive owner of all rights, including copyright, in the Materials. I hereby irrevocably transfer, assign, and otherwise convey to Ringo Fire my entire right, title, and interest, if any, in and to the Materials and all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Materials.

I hereby hold harmless and release Ringofire from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.

I release Ringo Fire, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners and employees of any actual or alleged, direct or indirect, liability, costs, fees, expenses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or property damage or loss, in connection with this agreement and my participation giving rise to this agreement which may include my use, whether proper or improper, of a RingoFire client's product. I agree to strictly abide by any product's operator manual, or similar, if using a product in furtherance of this agreement. I acknowledge that RingoFire has not arranged for and does not carry any Insurance of any kind for my benefit or that of my heirs, executors and administrators."

lf applicable, l represent and warrant that 0) I own the rights to any tattoo design(s) that can be visible in the Materials, (ii) such tattoo(s) is not immoral, scandalous or obscene; and (iii) such tattoo(s) will not injure, damage or otherwise negatively affect the reputation and goodwill associated with RingoFire or its client(s).

If under the age of 18: I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named above. I have the legal right to consent to and, by signing below, l hereby do consent in al! respects to the terms and conditions of this Photo & Video Release and agree that both the minor and I shall be bound by al! of its terms and conditions.
